My recent research interests lie in the intersections between food/geography and multimedia computing for new fields: food computing and geo-multimedia computing.

Research in this area focuses on the development of computational approaches to solve the challenges related to its related tasks, such as urban scene perception, instance-level location retrieval and recognition, location recommendation, location summary, mining and visualization to support various location-relevant applications and service.
